How to return items  

Please return to the returns address below. 

We recommend a service with a tracking option and keep your proof of postage. 

Please enclose your invoice and ensure that all tags are in tact and the garment/s are unworn free from animal hair/makeup etc. 

Upon inspection a refund will be issued.

Returns Policy  

Returns are the responsibility of customers. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.  

We guarantee to refund you any item you are not completely happy with when you return the item to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.  

Please do not remove any labels or tags, and when returning items to us, please place the products in their original packaging. Refunds are void for any items that have been worn/used. 

YOU MUST obtain proof of postage. This will be required for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting and we do not receive your items. 

For any faulty items, the costs for postage will be refunded.

We refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.   

 

 

Exchanges  

If you wish to exchange your item please return your item, a refund will be issued and you can then purchase the required item.
